Rates & Reservations for Gîte de Figarol

Reservation form for our Gîtes:

1. Changeover Day: Gîte bookings are from Saturday to Saturday - guests are asked to vacate their gîte
                                  by 10am and new clients are asked to arrive no earlier than 3pm.
2. Damage Deposit: the damage deposit is €150 per gîte.
3. Wood: the charge for wood is €30per ½ cubic metre.
4. Linen & Towels: linen (€7,50 p.p.), kitchen linen (€2,50 p.w.) and towels (€5 p.p.) may be rented. It is
                                also possible you bring your own linen (bedsize 90x200m)
                                Rented towels from the room are not to be used for the swimming pool.
5. Pet:   €2,50 per day.
6. Final Cleaning: the charge for the end-of-stay clean is €30.

How to book:   
1.
Please contact us using the Reservation form below or by email info@gitedefigarol.com or telephone 00 33 5 6198 2554,  to confirm that the accommodation is still available and to make a provisional booking.
2.
Once availability is confirmed, we will hold your reservation for 7 working days. This should give you time to fill in and return a copy of our Booking Form, together with a non-refundable 25% deposit .
3.
The balance must be paid not less than eight weeks before the start date of your booking. If you are making a booking less than 8 weeks before your holiday date, full payment will be required.

Price is including the use of our swimming pool. Towels from the room are not to be used for the swimming pool.
